ingres_close() は、指定したリンクが指す Ingres サーバへの接続をクローズします。パラメータ
持続的接続をクローズすることはできず、 持続的でない接続はスクリプトの終了時に自動的にクローズされるため、 ingres_close() は通常は不要です。
