全ての種類の注記の境界の形式を設定します。成功した場合に TRUE を、失敗した場合に FALSE を返します。
この関数は PDFlib バージョン 6 で廃止されました。かわりに
PDF_create_annotation()
でオプション borderstyle および
linewidth を使用してください。
