htscanner導入
htscanner 拡張モジュールを使用すると、htaccess 風のファイルを使ってディレクトリ単位で PHP の設定を行うことができます。ちょうど apache の htaccess のような機能です。 これは、特に fastcgi (ISS5/6/7、lighttpd など) の環境で有用です。
