- yp_all — マップを走査し、各エントリ上で関数をコールする
- yp_cat — マップ全体を含む配列を返す
- yp_err_string — 指定したエラーコードに対応するエラー文字列を返す
- yp_errno — 前の操作のエラーコードを返す
- yp_first — 指定したマップから最初のキー/値の組を返す
- yp_get_default_domain — マシンのデフォルト NIS ドメインを取得する
- yp_master — 指定したマップのマスタ NIS サーバのマシン名を返す
- yp_match — 検索した行を返す
- yp_next — マップから、次のキー/値の組を返す
- yp_order — マップの呼出番号を返す
